We produce software for quality management applications.

One very common application concerns large sets of items subject to a routine periodic activity such as inspection, test, training, maintenance or treatment.

Examples of such items are:

• equipment
• people
• animals
• alarm systems
• crops
• vehicles

A record of each periodic action is made. This record may vary from a simple note to a comprehensive set of results or a third-party certificate which is scanned and stored electronically. All these results are available for review at the touch of a key and are kept on file for as long as necessary. When each record is added, the computer uses the recall period to schedule the next action forthat item automatically.

The system produces a report listing all items for action in a specified period. Overdue items are also highlighted.

This type of system is designed for situations where the number of items is too large for a simple manual system and where electronic records can replace paper systems.
